Oren Pfeffermann

 Dr. Oren Pfeffermann has led more than 2,000 interactive classroom and virtual workshops where evaluations commonly say things like, “one of the best workshops I’ve ever attended.” Oren’s enthusiastic delivery is authentic and entertaining. His workshops motivate participants to take the skills they’ve learned and put them to use for breakthrough results in areas they may have been stuck before. 


Since 1987, Oren has worked at length with more than 10,000 leaders, managers, and their individual contributors in more than 30 of the top companies in the world, some of which include American Express, Autodesk, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boeing, Cigna, Cisco, Disney, Dolby, eBay, Facebook, Gap, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, LAM Research, Medtronic, Microsoft, Phillips, PG&E, Oracle, Salesforce, SanDisk, Toyota, Wellpoint, Wells Fargo, & Yahoo!

Susan Brown, leadership and resilience facilitator

Susan Brown

 Susan Brown is a leadership and resilience facilitator and coach. Over the last several decades, she has built her expertise across multiple genres of talent management including deploying resilience building solutions, overcoming stress at work, staffing, onboarding, conflict resolution,  career development/transition, leadership development and employee engagement. She has held a variety of senior level positions in Silicon Valley over the last several decades most recently as the Vice President of West Coast Sales for The Energy Project, a consulting firm addressing the prevailing issue of corporate burnout. Prior to that, Susan spent five years as a VP with BlessingWhite, an employee engagement organization focused on building competencies. 


After many years of serving organizations and excelling as a top performer, Susan found herself facing fatigue and burnout as demands on her time increased. Determined to overcome this growing challenge for herself and her clients, Susan delved into energy management. Based on her experience, Susan has developed a coaching framework that focuses on the whole person. Her process includes assessing the client’s current operating mode, key competencies and areas for growth. With nearly 30 years of corporate experience she has partnered with organizations including: Kaiser, Facebook, Stanford Children’s Hospital, Box, eBay, PayPal, 3M, Genentech, Gilead, LinkedIn, Opus One and more. Susan is certified as a coach/mentor through HeartMath Institute and has certifications in the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy and Liberal Arts. She serves on the philanthropy board of Sutter Hospital and is co-located in the San Francisco Bay Area and her home and retreat center in the Sierra foothills.
